2. Scope of this policy

This website is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. It contains no contact, comment, or login forms, no cookies set by the operator, no tracking pixels, no analytics, and no advertising networks. All assets (fonts, images, icons) are served from this site itself. The only personal data processed is what arises unavoidably from delivering the page (server logs of the hosting provider) and from any contact you voluntarily initiate by email or phone.

This website is hosted by GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P Kelly Jr St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, a subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation, acting as a processor on behalf of the controller. When you visit this site, GitHub automatically collects standard HTTP request data in server log files, including:

IP address of the requesting device
Date and time of the request
Requested URL and HTTP status code
Referrer URL (if transmitted by the browser)
User-Agent string (browser type and version, operating system)
Transferred data volume

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the technical operation, security, and abuse prevention of the website.
Retention: Server logs are retained by GitHub for the duration set by GitHub's own policy. The controller has no independent access to or copy of these logs.
Transfer to a third country: Data may be processed by GitHub in the United States. Microsoft / GitHub participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795 of 10 July 2023), which provides an adequacy decision under Art. 45 GDPR. 4. Contact by email or phone

If you contact the controller by email (e.g. via the order mailto link) or by phone, the personal data you transmit (name, email address, phone number, message content, order details) is processed solely to handle your request and any contractual or pre-contractual measures arising from it.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual or contractual measures) where your inquiry relates to a purchase; otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
Retention: Inquiries are retained until the matter is fully resolved and any applicable commercial or tax-law retention obligations (in particular § 147 AO and § 257 HGB, generally up to 10 years for commercial correspondence and accounting records) have lapsed.

5. Cookies, tracking, third parties

This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking technologies. There is no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no Meta Pixel, no advertising network, no embedded social-media widget, no consent banner because none is required under § 25 TTDSG / TDDDG. All static assets are served from this domain.

External links on this page (e.g. to Etsy, LinkedIn, quantego.org, rasqberry.org) are plain hyperlinks. Following such a link initiates a direct connection between your browser and the third-party site, whose privacy policy then governs.
